Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience (B2C, B2B2C), ideally at scale
- Strong ownership mindset—you love solving ambiguous problems and taking initiatives to 100%
- Experience working on user-facing flows, preferably in marketplaces or booking products
- Excellent analytical skills—you can define KPIs, run experiments, and derive insights from data
- Technical fluency—you’re comfortable working with developers and debating solutions
- Exceptional communication—you can clearly explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for booking flows across web and mobile
- Balance user and business needs across a two-sided marketplace
- Leverage AI to enhance booking experiences and improve operational efficiency
- Build and manage a prioritized roadmap, backed by data and aligned with company goals
- Own discovery, experimentation, and delivery end-to-end
- Write product briefs and translate insights into scalable solutions
- Lead cross-functional squads across Product Design, Engineering, Data, and Business
- Collaborate with local market teams and Customer Success to deeply understand patient and doctor needs
- Advocate for a test-and-learn mindset across the org
- Represent your product across the company—from sprint planning to C-level updates
- Foster strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Make tradeoffs transparent, backed by data and research
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare or experience working on regulated, trust-sensitive products
- Experience using AI or ML in product applications
- Experience working in a remote, distributed team
