Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Drips as a Senior Product Manager and lead the creation and execution of our AI-driven enterprise application product roadmap. You will mentor a product team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize product strategy. This remote role requires at least 7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of success in defining, launching, and scaling products. Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful products
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed product specifications and a comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery
• Have experience as a hands-on individual contributor while simultaneously managing a knowledgeable product team
• Expertise in mentoring product owners or product managers, building high-performing teams, and cultivating a collaborative culture
• Skilled at defining long-term product strategies, prioritizing roadmaps, and executing against clear objectives that align with business goals
• Proficient in conversational AI platforms, SaaS, and/or AI-driven applications, with the ability to swiftly grasp complex concepts and convert them into customer-facing solutions
• Able to leverage data insights, customer feedback, and market research to make informed decisions and continually refine product direction
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with engineering, UX, production, data science, and other teams
• Well versed in agile product development processes, iterative planning, and continuous improvement principles
• Demonstrates deep empathy for user needs, effectively translating feedback into actionable product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating the product strategy
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs
• Manage and mentor Product Owners, providing clear guidance, setting performance expectations, and contributing to their professional growth
• Work closely with engineering, UX, production, account mgmt, data science, and other teams to align product priorities and ensure seamless execution
• Analyze industry trends, the competitive landscape, and user feedback to identify opportunities and refine Drips product offerings
• Oversee backlog management, feature prioritization, and release planning, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision
• Communicate product updates, collect feedback, and align expectations with stakeholders - executives, engineering, and customer facing teams
• Define key success metrics, track product performance, and leverage insights to continuously optimize product strategy
• Introduce and refine best practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

AI/ML experience or an understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts
