Summary
Join Drips as a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation and execution of product roadmaps for AI-driven enterprise applications. You will mentor the product team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Your strategic leadership will shape future offerings, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business growth. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, managing and mentoring product owners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and prioritizing features. You will leverage data to optimize product strategy and continuously improve processes. This role requires extensive product management experience, team leadership skills, strategic vision, and domain expertise in AI/ML.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful products
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed product specifications and a comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery
- Have experience as a hands-on individual contributor while simultaneously managing a knowledgeable product team
- Expertise in mentoring product owners or product managers, building high-performing teams, and cultivating a collaborative culture
- Skilled at defining long-term product strategies, prioritizing roadmaps, and executing against clear objectives that align with business goals
- Proficient in conversational AI platforms, SaaS, and/or AI-driven applications, with the ability to swiftly grasp complex concepts and convert them into customer-facing solutions
- Able to leverage data insights, customer feedback, and market research to make informed decisions and continually refine product direction
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with engineering, UX, production, data science, and other teams
- Well versed in agile product development processes, iterative planning, and continuous improvement principles
- Demonstrates deep empathy for user needs, effectively translating feedback into actionable product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth
Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating the product strategy
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs
- Manage and mentor Product Owners, providing clear guidance, setting performance expectations, and contributing to their professional growth
- Work closely with engineering, UX, production, account mgmt, data science, and other teams to align product priorities and ensure seamless execution
- Analyze industry trends, the competitive landscape, and user feedback to identify opportunities and refine Drips product offerings
- Oversee backlog management, feature prioritization, and release planning, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision
- Communicate product updates, collect feedback, and align expectations with stakeholders - executives, engineering, and customer facing teams
- Define key success metrics, track product performance, and leverage insights to continuously optimize product strategy
- Introduce and refine best practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- AI/ML experience or an understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts is highly desirable
