Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through checkout optimization
• Deep understanding of e-commerce and payments, with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with personalization engines and gamification techniques is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop, sell, and execute a roadmap of innovative bank payment experiences across all digital ordering channels to truly revolutionize the way consumers pay for cannabis orders
• Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement in the checkout process
• Be the single-threaded owner for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to checkout conversion, payments share of wallet, and average order value
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to implement and iterate on checkout features and enhancements
• Be the subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and payments to inform product strategy
