Summary

Echo360 is seeking a Senior Product Manager with at least 7-10 years of experience in SaaS products to join their team. The role involves developing and executing product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders, defining and tracking KPIs, and mentoring junior product managers. The position is fully remote and eligible for candidates located in many but not all states within the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years working on SaaS products
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing features for complex products in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Canny, Confluence, Lucidchart) and data analytics platforms (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the corporate L&D and higher education sectors
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new features
  • Create detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, user feedback, and market demand
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis
  • Engage with customers, educators, and institutional partners to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product meets user needs and enhances the learning experience
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives and secure necessary resources and support
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact
  • Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and iterate on product features and performance
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, advocating for the adoption of best practices and new technologies within the product team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for education technology and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the corporate L&D and higher education space

  • Base salary range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
