Summary
Join Elation as a Product Manager to lead the Elation Billing product, playing a key role in designing, building, and launching solutions that optimize medical billing workflows. You will own the product's P&L and commercial success, developing its strategic roadmap and deeply understanding customer needs. This position requires collaboration with design and engineering teams, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. You will leverage data and experimentation to deliver impactful products and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses 4-6+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably with AI-driven solutions, and a strong understanding of the U.S. medical billing landscape.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of SaaS product management experience (previous experience managing AI-driven solutions a big plus)
- Working in the U.S. medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle space and developing products for biller, practice management, and/or financial administrator personas
- Working directly with independent physician groups (ideally primary care or VBC/VBS)
- Driving significant revenue growth
- Driving the end-to-end process of discovering, developing, and launching products with focus, urgency, and clarity
- Defining and communicating product vision; making strong strategic bets and tradeoffs based on customer discovery and data
- Delivering timely, measurable, and meaningful business and customer results
- Building strong, trusted relationships across the org
- Inspiring others, driving clarity and motivation, and developing team culture
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and commercial success of the Elation Billing product
- Develop the strategic roadmap for the Elation Billing product
- Deeply understand customer needs, translate them into actionable problem statements, and leverage a prioritization framework to drive tradeoff decisions
- Work directly with customers to drive research and discovery
- Lead and drive collaboration with design and engineering to dig into prioritization discussions for roadmap planning and execution
- Leverage experimentation, iteration, data, and discovery techniques to ship impactful end-user products
- Manage executive stakeholders and communicate concepts and goals in business rather than technical terms
- Own cross-functional interactions across marketing, sales, customer success and support
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or MHA degree preferred

Salary: $185,000 - 215,000k/yr USD
