Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Engineering Management, Project Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline

Responsibilities

  • Guide the product development from ideation through design and launch
  • Provide direction on prioritization of tasks for the engineering team
  • Participate in the engineering agile cadences ensuring the team understands the product features and capabilities required
  • Serve as the main point of contact across internal Galileo teams (Operations, Product and Finance) and Card Networks like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and others
  • Lead the set up of new configurations or troubleshooting of existing ones, which will help support and expand payment processing services
  • Conduct research of issues impacting the Galileo payment lifecycle and Work with internal stakeholders to define business and operational impacting requirements, develop new and enhance existing processes to reduce such issues and resolution times
  • Develop a deep understanding of the current product offerings, research industry best practices, and review client and customer feedback to build recommendations and feature specifications for their product areas
