Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Gusto as a Senior Product Manager, HR Apps and play a critical leadership role in strategizing and executing the vision for HR application products. You will develop products and tools enabling customers to attract, hire, develop, and retain successful teams. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and tech leads. This role requires 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth digital experiences focused on customer-facing products, demonstrated experience scaling platform products, and excellent technical acumen. Gusto offers a competitive salary range, and employees based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City will be expected to work from the office 2-3 days per week. Requirements

• 5+ years as a product management working on high growth digital experiences focused on customer facing products
• Demonstrated experience scaling platform products end-to-end
• Experienced defining and tracking key metrics that matter, and align the whole org around them
• Excellent technical acumen with the ability to understand technical diagrams and discuss tradeoffs in approach with senior engineers

Benefits

• Our cash compensation range for this role is $153,000 to $191,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $186,000 to $230,000/yr in San Francisco, New York, & Seattle
• Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role)
