Requirements

  • 5+ years as a product management working on high growth digital experiences focused on customer facing products
  • Demonstrated experience scaling platform products end-to-end
  • Experienced defining and tracking key metrics that matter, and align the whole org around them
  • Excellent technical acumen with the ability to understand technical diagrams and discuss tradeoffs in approach with senior engineers

  • Partner and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team comprising of Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and tech leads

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have seen products through a period of growth, transition or change and will have proven methodologies and tangible examples for how they’ve driven adoption

Benefits

  • Our cash compensation range for this role is $153,000 to $191,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $186,000 to $230,000/yr in San Francisco, New York, & Seattle
  • Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role)
