Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in leading system integrations
  • English is a must. The majority of your stakeholders are native speakers
  • Hands on mindset, entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen
  • Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve the product
  • Strong problem solving - be able to structure problems, prioritize and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments
  • Capacity to identify and connect users needs and business needs, and develop effective ideas to meet them

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to seamlessly integrate the Wellhub marketplace with different types of third parties such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Partner Apps and Wearables devices
  • Lead the product integration roadmap ensuring that we are prioritizing the most impactful initiatives and we are aligned with Wellhub goals
  • Conduct in-depth market research understanding the industry trends and best practices identifying integration opportunities and potential new partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, sales, marketing to ensure that all of us are moving towards the same goals
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize integration features and address the main necessities for our company and users
  • Maintain and evolve our developers portal providing all the relevant information about how to integrate with us

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CMS (club management systems) integrations
  • Experience with Apps integrations
  • Familiar with the most important integration standards (Restful APIs, Webhooks, Polling, RPC)
