Requirements
- 4 - 5 years of design and delivering B2B software products in a product management role
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch software product offerings designed to create a great customer experience and drive meaningful results
- Deeply curious and data-driven; develop and defend strong points-of-view with data, analytics, external benchmarking, and the voice of the customer
- Customer obsessed mindset: youβre constantly thinking about how to solve customer pain points and enjoy engaging with users to validate we are building what they need
- Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones with a lean-experiment-oriented perspective
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization, effectively working across business units to deliver on complex projects
- Effective in communicating progress to executives & senior leadership in terms of outcomes achieved and impact delivered
- Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to solve complex problems for our customers through comprehensive customer research and interviews
- Create strategies and roadmaps based on data to inform the product and platform investments we need to make to take our products to the next level
- Prioritize, influence dependencies, and ship experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers
- Partner with various functions across the whole company to bring products to life β engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support, and more
- Communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Share knowledge and mentor others
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in practice management or healthcare software
