Summary

Join us as a Product Manager for Dentrix, the leading dental practice management software. Guide the product vision and roadmap, delivering innovative features that help dental teams work more efficiently and enhance patient experiences. Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure Dentrix remains the standard in practice management software. Your work will directly shape the future of dental practice management, driving efficiency and creating measurable impact for dental teams and the patients they serve. This is a remote position within the United States. The salary range is $100,000-$130,000, and a bonus is also available.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on delivering B2B software solutions
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating within a matrixed organization to coordinate across business units and functions, successfully launching software products that enhance the customer experience and deliver measurable results
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a consistent track record of using data, customer insights, and external benchmarks to inform product decisions and develop well-supported points of view
  • Customer focused mindset: you understand and address customer needs, with an interest in engaging with users to validate those solutions align with their expectations and challenges
  • Demonstrates a bias toward action, consistently driving projects forward with a sense of urgency, making decisions swiftly while maintaining focus on delivering results
  • Skilled in breaking down product goals into incremental, testable steps that align with iterative development practices
  • Capable of clearly communicating product progress and outcomes to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with an openness to feedback and growth

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough customer research and interviews to understand user needs, challenges, and preferences to address complex problems
  • Develop data-informed strategies and roadmaps to guide product and platform investment decisions
  • Prioritize work, manage dependencies, and deliver product experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers and meet business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization – including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support – to develop and launch products
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and leadership, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment and shared understanding
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform product direction and identify new areas of opportunity
  • Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge and supporting the development of peers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Experience in legacy, enterprise desktop software
  • Experience in the medical or dental industry, bringing valuable industry insights to the table
