Join Hike and become a Senior Product Manager, building a standout skill gaming experience for the U.S. market. Your mission is to craft a product that players love and return to daily, shaping how users experience skill gaming. You will blend product instincts with player empathy, defining the product's features and emotional impact. As a senior team member, you'll also mentor other PMs and shape product culture. This is an early-stage opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth category. You'll be responsible for the product's vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong understanding of game economies, user behavior, and U.S. regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of product management experience, ideally in gaming, skill gaming, or consumer-tech
  • Experience with mobile-first products; deep understanding of mobile UX and game loops with proven success in the US market
  • Strong understanding of game economies, player motivations, and monetization models with expertise in U.S. regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of owning products from concept to scale – ideally 0→1 and/or 1→10 growth phases with demonstrated P&L impact
  • Strong sense of user empathy with ability to translate U.S. player insights into winning product features
  • Deep understanding of U.S. trust-building mechanisms
  • Sharp instincts for product prioritization; a bias for action and ruthless focus with ability to make complex strategic trade-offs
  • Strong grasp of user funnels, retention, engagement, and LTV with experience optimizing for U.S. user behavior patterns while building sustainable competitive advantages
  • Ability to translate business goals into product outcomes
  • Track record of building products that achieve product-market fit in competitive markets
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, data) with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to mentor PMs and build high-performing product teams
  • Experience navigating global gaming regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools with track record of data-driven decision making at scale
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience shipping AI/ML features in gaming or consumer tech products
  • Ability to identify and prioritize AI use cases that drive meaningful user and business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own the product gaming vision and strategy, working closely with leadership to define long-term goals and company direction
  • Build the game from scratch — defining the product DNA, gameplay flow, and long-term vision while establishing product principles
  • Architect engaging game loops and balanced, scalable in-game economies that differentiate us in the U.S. market
  • Define and track key success metrics – retention, ARPU, conversion, engagement, and more with executive-level reporting
  • Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and market whitespace
  • Stay plugged into U.S. gaming and real-money trends; bring fresh ideas to the table and influence industry direction
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and drive cross-functional alignment on product vision
  • Define go-to-market strategy in partnership with marketing and growth teams
  • Define AI-powered product features that differentiate our offering in the competitive U.S. market
  • Balance fun, fairness, and revenue through game mechanics and bonus systems while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Drive experimentation at scale – from onboarding flows to rewards systems with sophisticated testing frameworks
  • Champion the voice of the player in every decision made through systematic user research programs
  • Pioneer breakthrough features that can become industry standards
  • Build trust and safety features that set new benchmarks for U.S. skill gaming
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that accelerate product growth
  • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver seamless, fun, and engaging gameplay while maintaining technical excellence
  • Launch new features, iterate quickly, and use data to optimize performance with sophisticated rollout strategies
  • Identify and resolve user pain points – make the experience frictionless especially for trust barriers
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth to support user acquisition and reactivation campaigns and optimize ROAS
  • Coordinate with customer support to understand user issues and iterate quickly
  • Own product operations metrics - crash rates, load times, payment success rates
  • Drive process improvements that increase team velocity and quality
  • Own & present product insights and strategy to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions and influence product direction
  • Lead hiring and building world-class product team & Mentoring junior PMs to help them grow their careers
  • Share learnings and best practices across the product organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on products for U.S. users or familiarity with the U.S. skill/casual gaming market
