Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
• More than three years of experience in product management with a strong track record of shipping customer-facing software products
• Communication skills
• Cross-functional relationship management skills

• Market knowledge (either participation, coaching or parent of a club sports athlete)
• Proven people leader (spent at least two years managing 1-2 product managers)

Responsibilities

• Own Hudl’s club volleyball roadmap
• Create a coherent product strategy and vision, connecting it to the wider company strategy
• Advocate for the product
• Foster transformation

• Industry experience (built data analysis, video, and/or recruiting platforms in a high-growth SaaS company)
