Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful products with at least one 0 to 1 product in your past
• Previous experience working in a Product Growth role at a SaaS product company (min 1 year)
• Experience in building an experimental roadmap collaboratively with their team
• Experience with experimentation tools (Optimizely, Hotjar, Google Optimize, LaunchDarkly, etc.)
• A strong focus and ability to learn
• Ability to communicate effectively in every situation. You use your communication skills to motivate your team, communicate with your manager and other Jane team members about what you’re working on and have the ability to build incredibly deep trust as a result
• You’re able to work through challenges by working to get everyone rowing in the same direction
• You’re able to inspire your team to do the best work of their careers
• Healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Continuously learn about Acquisition (Demos and Sign Ups) patterns along different vectors (discipline, size, geography)
• Uncover pain points to Acquisition and prioritize opportunities collaboratively with your team
• Build an experimental roadmap to test hypotheses in order to improve Acquisition
• Collaborate with and empower the team to be able to launch experiments independently
• Analyze the results of experiments and share across product and the rest of Jane
• Lead discovery and research novel ways of helping prospective clinics hire Jane for their practice in a human, helpful, and delightful way
