Summary

The job is for a Product Manager to lead the finance automation pillar at Jeeves, a global financial operating system company that offers corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in product management focused on spend & expense management, be fluent in English, have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and executing a global bank vision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management focused on spend & expense management
• Fluent in English, as Jeeves is a global company and English is the language used internally to communicate between regions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthy adoption, engagement, and retention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to work across global time zones, including 10% travel
• Solid track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive finance automation strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics
• Continuous Product Development: Continuously iterate and execute on a roadmap that aligns strongly with our ideal customer persona and drive greater product market fit
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and potential risks
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies deployed and make data-driven decisions
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain open channels with key Jeeves stakeholders, articulate findings, share pivotal updates, and ensure the broader team is always in the loop
