Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience; SaaS product experience is required
  • Experience delivering successful product releases
  • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
  • A technical mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for a global audience
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented
  • Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a "US Person"

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and align all stakeholders to develop requirements and deliver new products and features to market
  • Drive the execution rhythm in partnership with engineering; guide planning, prioritize the roadmap and lead daily standups
  • Conduct research and engage with customers, partners and internal teams to determine requirements and identify market opportunities
  • Oversee progress of multiple development teams to ensure consistency with initial design
  • Author product documentation, product demos, blog posts and sales readiness material
  • Build strong working relationships across the company to drive customer success
  • Measure and evaluate product performance and overall business impact

Preferred Qualifications

BS in computer science, engineering or relevant field is a plus
