Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Product Manager and lead a team in creating intuitive self-serve flows for our B2B SaaS product. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, crafting strategic plans, executing the product roadmap, and monitoring the impact of initiatives. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or a similar environment
  • Proven track record of developing self-serve or onboarding flows that drive product adoption and reduce customer dependency on support
  • Demonstrated analytical skills: you leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success
  • A strong grasp of user-centric design principles and the ability to collaborate closely with UX/UI teams
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—to keep stakeholders aligned and champion your vision
  • Adept at prioritization and time management, ensuring timely delivery of impactful features
  • Fluency in English is essential for documentation, collaboration, and cross-functional communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead a squad dedicated to creating intuitive self-serve flows that empower customers to use our product independently
  • Continuously refine user journeys so customers can seamlessly discover features, understand functionality, and find value on their own
  • Collaborate across teams—Product, UX, Engineering—to drive improvements that remove friction and boost adoption
  • Own and evangelize the product roadmap for self-serve initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
  • Track and analyze metrics to gauge the effectiveness of onboarding and customer education, making data-driven decisions to enhance the experience
