Summary

Join Marble, a health data intelligence company, as a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of user-centric products in health and legal tech. This role requires strong product management experience in B2B/SaaS environments, user empathy, and experience with regulated industries. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B/SaaS environment
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to create compelling product roadmaps
  • Strong user empathy and experience designing products for regulated industries (healthcare or legal preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration across departments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and adaptable in fast-paced startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly and indirectly with customers to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product priorities with organizational goals
  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that balances user impact and technical feasibility
  • Refine, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on continuous discovery and business objectives
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features by guiding team processes and milestone planning
  • Analyze complex health and legal data sets to extract actionable insights and support data-informed decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
  • Background in Health Tech or Legal Tech (2+ years preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Understanding of data privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and their application in product design
