Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Mercury's Payments Group as a Senior Product Manager to build fast, intuitive, and reliable payment experiences. You will own a core area, partnering with engineering, design, operations, data, and partnerships teams. This senior individual contributor role requires full-stack ownership, driving user-facing flows and demonstrating a strong understanding of backend systems and partner integrations. You will lead end-to-end execution of payments projects, simplify customer-facing flows, prioritize based on data and feedback, and champion high-quality experiences. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments, a deep understanding of payment systems, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality products. Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments
• Strong understanding of domestic and international payment systems, including ACH, RTP, domestic and international wires
• Proven ability to ship high-quality payment products grounded in customer needs
• A strategic thinker who’s comfortable working across both infrastructure and experience layers, and who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get things done
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work across functions and levels of seniority
• A strong eye for detail and a natural drive to create experiences that feel polished, trustworthy, and clear
