Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Mitratech's global team as a Senior Product Manager for our Legal Managed Bill Review technology. You will leverage your cross-functional skills to lead teams, build offerings driving customer retention and new business, and utilize Agile and project management skills to enhance engineering execution. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical skills, encompassing communication with engineering, executives, and clients. You will develop and execute product strategy, define milestones, and drive alignment across stakeholders. The position demands strong communication, problem-solving, and market analysis skills within a remote-first, globally diverse environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 - 8 years product management experience (B2B required)
• Track record of successfully developing & launching products within the Fortune 1000
• Understand how to drive team (engineering, cross-functional) success in a remote-first & internationally diverse (global time-zones) environment
• Understand the economics of product(s)
• Strong project management skills; document, socialize & archive product artifacts
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including high proficiency or fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate across functional teams with different “languages” (Engineering, Sales, Services, etc)
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience
• Knowledge of eBilling processes/software

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute an integrated product strategy
• Define milestones to achieve a roadmap
• Ability to drive alignment and influence decisions even when not directly managing the team
• Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning and go to market strategies
• Develop strategies for clients where there is a mix of deployment approaches (on-premise, hosted, SaaS)
• Present / demo / influence customers, prospects, peers and leadership in the product roadmap decisions
• Develop product / project metrics and a means to measure success from a financial & end user traction / engagement POV
• Partner with Technical Project Managers and UI/UX leads to lead development teams on execution of priorities
• Comfortable speaking at industry conferences and publishing thought leadership
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to make informed decisions
• The ability to solve problems creatively and independently
• Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with product decisions, including market, operational, and technical risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ProductBoard, SharePoint and Aha!
• Experience spearheading organizational alignment of multiple teams working together
