As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development of user documentation for the Design System, collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent usage and effective communication of updates. You will oversee day-to-day operations, create new documentation, implement communication mechanisms, enforce standards, track component maintenance, and collaborate with UX Research. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of experience in product or design system management, strong understanding of design principles, and excellent project management skills. Advanced English is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 + Years of experience working in product management or design system management within a cross-functional team environment
- Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX best practices, and the development process
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, track, and communicate progress on Design System deliverables
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Support the Design System Lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term delivery of design system planning
- Work closely with design, engineering, and product teams to understand their needs and contributions to the Design System
- Update existing documentation and training materials to reflect the latest changes to components and processes, ensuring consistent usage of the Design System across platforms
- Create new materials for components scheduled for delivery in the 2025 Design System roadmap
- Implement mechanisms for communicating changes to Design System documentation
- Help enforce standards, including consistency, scalability, and accessibility
- Track and prioritize component maintenance
- Collaborate with UX Research to collect feedback on design and product usage to continuously improve usability and effectiveness
- Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to introduce innovative ideas
- Implement mechanisms for communicating Design System updates across multiple communication channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, particularly AEM, is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in a Digital Marketing organization is preferred
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment are highly preferred
