Summary
Join Oddball, a company that values learning, growth, and making a big impact, as a Senior Product Manager. You will collaborate with various teams to oversee the design, creation, and delivery of products for federal clients, ensuring these products effectively address client needs. This role demands a strong understanding of Human-Centered Design, 508 Compliance, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will lead cross-functional agile teams, utilize data analysis to drive solutions, and maintain excellent communication with teams and clients. Requirements
- 5+ years full product lifecycle experience working with quickly growing, technically focused companies
- Strong experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) and 508 Compliance concepts and implementation
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- A strong communicator with experience in roadmapping, estimation process, sprint outcomes, reallocate scope of sprint, champion service design blueprint
- Understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, etc
- A proven ability to solve problems and drive solutions with development teams through data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
- Bachelorโs degree
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients
- Ensure that the products solve the clientโs big problems
- Lead and manage cross-functional agile teams that deliver user-facing products
- Solve problems and drive solutions with development teams through data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements
- Maintain an eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned
