Based in California, you'll be required to attend team meetings in Santa Barbara or San Francisco up to once per quarter. Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack product management experience, covering both backend and frontend responsibilities
- Proven experience in leading teams building a full stack search product, with a deep knowledge of AI tools and search techniques
- Aptitude for understanding and communicating technical concepts, and experience leading teams developing technical products
- A systems thinker with a growth mindset, excited to navigate a dynamic set of technical challenges
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development team in executing the product roadmap through regular standups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos
- Work with various cross-functional groups to break down problems and devise effective solutions that align with overall business objectives
- Socialize strategies with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data to assess product performance and identify areas needing improvement
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and incorporate feedback into product strategy
- Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate relevant insights into the ongoing product strategy to develop competitive and differentiated solutions
