Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, driving the design, development, and enhancement of technical products or platforms
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized networks, and related concepts
• Exceptional product strategy and management skills, with a track record of successful product launches and iterations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development practices
• Passion for creating user-centric products and delivering exceptional user experiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with Openmesh's goals and values
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers to ensure that product features are not only technically robust but also user-centric and intuitive
• Possess a deep understanding of Openmesh's technical Network and the broader decentralized landscape
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and releases based on business goals, user needs, and market trends
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align product development efforts, ensuring a unified approach towards achieving product goals
