Summary

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, shipping user-facing software features or products
- Proven ability to make high-impact decisions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience defining OKRs and product success metrics
- Familiarity with UX design principles and working closely with design teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform product decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
- Strong communication skillsβable to adjust messaging for different audiences
- Ability to write clear product specs, balance priorities, and drive execution
- Experience working on product usability improvements, navigation updates, or iterative design enhancements to improve user experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute initiatives that improve usability, simplify workflows, and enhance product efficiency
- Make data-driven decisions by defining and tracking OKRs and key success metrics
- Balance short-term product improvements with long-term strategic goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and research to deliver high-quality, impactful features
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth product adoption
- Write clear and structured product requirements and specifications that guide development
- Communicate effectively with different teams and leadership levels, ensuring alignment on priorities
- Use customer insights, usability testing, and analytics to identify and address key friction points
- Improve product navigation, organization, and task efficiency to create a more seamless experience
- Ensure product performance and reliability meet user expectations and business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in document management, workflow automation, or related SaaS domains
- Understanding of design systems and their role in creating a cohesive product experience
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Strong ability to drive alignment with senior stakeholders and leadership
