Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in fintech products and/or B2B SaaS platforms
  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products from conception to delivery
  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action, rapid iteration mindset, and comfort with ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Craft and communicate a compelling product strategy aligned with our company mission and business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances business goals and customer needs
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer requirements, market dynamics, and business impact
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive successful feature delivery
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, incorporating their feedback into product development
  • Partner with the design team to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance overall user experience
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to ensure our solutions remain innovative
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability
  • Lead initiatives to optimize user activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with user activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies is highly desired
