Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (at least 8 years into Product Management), Entrepreneur, or similar role with direct responsibility for the Product Management function
- A passion for the movie industry and a desire to develop deep expertise in this space
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and devise effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a readiness to think creatively and demonstrate initiative
- Attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for solving complex problems
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify opportunities and transform them into success stories
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand diverse viewpoints and appreciate differing perspectives
- Continuous improvement mindset, constantly questioning and evolving best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our industry, customers, and market landscape to inform product development
- Shape and manage Product Strategy, Roadmap, and OKRs in alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals
- Translate goals and ideas into detailed product requirements, feature specifications, and other product-specific artifacts
- Actively manage and incorporate user feedback, optimizing user experience and identifying and addressing product gaps
- Continuously improve our core business metrics and strategy, identify key areas with high potential and opportunities for growth in both the medium and long term
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive new initiatives that will increase market share
- Foster alignment, improve communication, and streamline workflows across internal teams and stakeholders
- Own market research data and product analytics to facilitate data-driven insights and decision-making
- Facilitate product adoption, support onboarding of customers and team members, and promote product knowledge across the organization
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business Development teams to improve operational processes and maximize product impact
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in business or engineering is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies and experience with product management software tools is a plus
