Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles with growing responsibility
  • Strong track record of defining and driving product vision in early-stage startups or dynamic environments
  • Technical expertise in software development or engineering, with experience managing SaaS platforms or technically complex products
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Passionate about delivering impactful solutions that address national security and cybersecurity challenges

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company’s mission and market opportunities
  • Partner with company leadership to prioritize investments, define success metrics, and ensure the product strategy supports business goals
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate market needs with long-term scalability
  • Translate market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive insights into actionable product requirements and user stories
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team as the company scales
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver innovative and reliable solutions under tight timelines
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and shape product offerings
  • Lead complex customer and partner interactions, ensuring their needs are incorporated into product iterations
  • Establish scalable product management processes and select appropriate tools to support growth
  • Champion an agile approach to product development that accommodates startup pace and resource constraints

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products with AI, ML, or LLM capabilities
  • Background in cybersecurity and familiarity with software supply chain security challenges
  • Understanding of government cloud environments and working with national security organizations
  • Demonstrated experience working with strategic investors and external partners to align product vision and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience managing both on-premises and SaaS products, including platform offerings
