Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS products
- Proven experience executing product roadmaps and managing product lifecycles from concept to launch
- Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and product management tools
- A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how to build products that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with software engineering principles
Responsibilities
- Support Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Product to refine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Perform competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions
- Drive Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to prioritize features, manage product development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
- Enhance User Experience: Partner with UX and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement materials
- Monitor Performance and Drive Improvements: Track key performance metrics, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends to continuously iterate on product features and improve overall product value
- Contribute to Product Leadership: Act as a thought partner to the Head of Product, providing insights and recommendations that influence product direction and strategic decision-making
