Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in platform or infrastructure product development in a fast-paced environment
• Skills: Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and scalability challenges. Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
• Leadership: You’re a strong communicator who can inspire and lead teams through influence. You enjoy mentoring and helping others grow
• Problem-Solving: A data-driven mindset and the ability to think strategically about how to solve complex problems with elegant solutions

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for Rose Rocket’s core platform that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and customer needs
• Enable the Organization: Partner closely with engineering and other product teams to ensure our platform provides the capabilities, APIs, and tools that allow them to move quickly and confidently
• Drive Scalability: Focus on ensuring our platform supports a growing user base and product complexity, while maintaining performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate: Work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of key projects
• Measure Success: Define metrics for platform success, track performance, and iterate on improvements to ensure optimal outcomes
