Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will drive innovation in fleet operations and security, working with diverse customers across various industries. You will build and evolve products, leverage AI and data for insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define strategies for key regions. This role requires a strong product background, problem-solving skills, data-driven approach, and excellent communication. Requirements

• Have 4+ years of product experience with a track record of shipping impactful features
• Enjoy solving hard problems for real-world users
• Are data-driven, structured in your thinking, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Want to own products end-to-end - from customer insights to go-to-market

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve products for fleet security (e.g., theft detection, engine immobilization) and public sector operations (e.g., asset planning, route insights)
• Use AI and data to deliver insights that help customers optimize fleet usage and improve safety
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and gather feedback
• Partner with sales, support, and engineering to drive adoption and execution
• Help define strategy in key regions, including the U.S. and Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IoT, fleet / telematics, security, or public sector tech
• Familiarity with AI/ML features or anomaly detection
• Spanish language skills
• Startup or high-growth company experience
