Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join SimplyInsured, a company on a mission to simplify health insurance for small businesses, as a Senior Product Manager. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to shape the future of the platform. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, executing the product roadmap, building cross-functional relationships, and synthesizing market data into actionable insights. You will also partner with engineering and design teams to bring product vision to life. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing SaaS or marketplace products. SimplyInsured offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000-175,000, generous stock options, a discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Hands-on experience with consumer-facing products for SaaS and/or marketplace products
• Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
• Creative and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Execute the roadmap across our technology stack to deliver industry-leading service at scale
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships to connect the product, the value proposition, and the audience
• Synthesize and summarize competitive intel, industry data, and market feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
• Bring ideas on best approaches to making our products more effective in new and innovative ways
• Partner with the engineer and design teams to bring the product vision to life with prototypes and mocks
