Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Signifyd as a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the Account Integrity suite of products, focusing on device intelligence, identity risk signals, and session integrity. This 0-to-1 role involves direct customer interaction, rapid iteration, product-market fit definition, and collaboration with data scientists, GTM teams, and engineers. You will own the product lifecycle from vision to launch and scale, partnering with engineering and data science to refine ML models. Close collaboration with design partners, customer success, sales, and product marketing is crucial for user experience refinement, deployment support, and adoption. Gathering customer feedback and staying updated on fraud trends are key responsibilities. Expect approximately 15% travel.

Requirements

• Experience shipping AI- or ML-based decisioning products in the account security space, especially those where model outputs are core to product value
• Experience working with security, fraud, or identity challenges in e-commerce or financial services
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, making fast iterations, and working closely with customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to influence across technical and non-technical teams
• Deep sense of ownership, grit, and bias for action

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of various Account Integrity products — from vision to launch to scale — starting with device/identity intelligence for login and account related flows
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to shape and iterate on ML models that power decisioning for identity and session risk detection
• Work closely with early design partners to refine user experience and ensure product impact
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to support deployments, craft narratives, and drive adoption
• Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from merchants and partners to continuously refine roadmap priorities
• Maintain a strong pulse on evolving attack vectors, fraud trends, and identity/authentication innovations
• Operate with urgency and autonomy, making decisions that accelerate value delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fraud, identity, or authentication space, especially in bot detection or session integrity
• Experience building products that infer user identity and intent by aggregating signals from merchant integrations, device and session data, and external enrichment APIs
• Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem (especially mid- to enterprise-scale merchants)
• Experience launching products with early design partners or in pilot/PPOV environments
