Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience including strategic product vision and zero to one product development
  • A proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights
  • Demonstrated success in bringing AI/ML-powered solutions to customers
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • A passionate advocate for your product with an infectious enthusiasm for building something truly remarkable to surprise and delight customers

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for workflow automation features. You'll drive the why behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to success
  • Deeply understand the administrative and management workflows within private practice. You’ll use this understanding to devise new functionality that simplifies the management aspect of running a practice, so that clinicians can spend more time delivering care
  • Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify emerging trends in technology, opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and adding customer value
  • Deeply understand customers, their needs, and ensure products deliver exceptional value
  • Champion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality
  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quickly
  • Closely monitor product performance through key metrics, analytics, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
