Summary

Join SimplePractice as a Sr. Product Manager, Strategic Integrations to lead the development of a marketplace for third-party integrations. You will own the vision and roadmap, deeply understand the tools used by private practices, and drive integration and partnership discussions. Leverage market data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring products deliver exceptional value. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers, and use data-driven insights to improve products. This role requires 4+ years of product management experience, a proven track record of scaling features, and demonstrated experience in building integration partner strategies within SaaS. You will champion collaboration and be a passionate advocate for building remarkable products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience including strategic product vision and zero to one product development
  • A proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights
  • Demonstrated experience in building an integration partner strategy within the context of the SaaS industry. A firm understanding of APIs and the technical foundations of partner ecosystems is essential
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • A passionate advocate for your product with an infectious enthusiasm for building something truly remarkable to surprise and delight customers

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for building a marketplace of 3rd party integration partners. You'll drive the why behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to success
  • Deeply understand the landscape of tools used by private practice to run their business.You’ll use this understanding to define our strategy for integrating and/or partnering with 3rd party solution providers, from delivering the business case for mutually beneficial solutions (for customers, our business, and our partners) to defining new user experiences that seamlessly blend the SimplePractice experience with that of partner
  • Drive integration and partnership discussions with potential partners, ranging from business case / partnership economics to user experience and technical implementation
  • Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify emerging trends in technology, opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and adding customer value
  • Deeply understand customers, their needs, and ensure products deliver exceptional value
  • Champion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality
  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quickly
  • Closely monitor product performance through key metrics, analytics, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
