Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join SmarterDx as a Senior Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, development, and enhancement of its application. You will deeply understand users and existing architecture, collaborating with various teams to solve user problems and enhance decision-making. Responsibilities include developing hypotheses on data usability, working with engineering on testing, and understanding client needs during implementation. The role requires experience in healthtech/healthcare data, product management, and working with engineering and data teams. Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience working within the healthtech/healthcare data space
• Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment
• 2-3+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with engineering and data teams
• Familiarity with EHR data and messaging standards (HL7, X12, etc.)
• Experience managing both external and internal (Customer Success, Implementations, etc.) stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market
• Identify high priorities based on user needs and value
• Engage with customers to understand their data needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements
• Identify opportunities for improvement of our data infrastructure and processes
• Write and standardize product and technical documentation and role-model strong project management practices
• Understand and work around constraints (e.g., architecture, data availability, security, etc.)
• Develop a roadmap of product enhancements, features, and solutions to continue to innovate and evolve the product

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or equivalent
• Proficiency in SQL
