Summary

Join SmartRecruiters as a Senior Product Manager to build and evolve our conversational AI products. You will be responsible for building empathetic conversational AI products using LLMs, visualizing user flows, defining messaging and positioning of AI, breaking down high-level flows into granular specifications, conducting user research, collaborating with other teams, holding yourself and the team accountable to achieving customer outcomes, engaging in active listening to customers, and being the voice of your product area. This high-impact role requires proven experience in product management (SaaS or B2B), experience in building conversational AI experiences, specifically AI agents that execute on behalf of users, and HRTech experience. You will need strong product management skills, people skills, and domain knowledge in AI, particularly generative AI. Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management with solid fundamentals (SaaS or B2B experience is necessary)
  • Experience in building conversational AI experience is a must to be successful in the position
  • Maturity in managing stakeholders - leadership, external partners, and GTM conversations
  • Good grasp of UX and discovery process
  • Great understanding of user behaviour and conversion metrics
  • Ability to collaborate, identify dependencies, and navigate across multiple teams on complex projects
  • Aspiration to be an excellent colleague and teammate
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product direction, strategy, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Empathy and active listening
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Build empathetic conversational AI products using the power of LLMs
  • Visualise high-level user flows to proactively identify dependencies on various teams owning individual domains with whom the conversational layer needs to interact
  • Define the messaging and positioning of AI, alongside Product Marketing, and will work closely with commercial teams to enable bringing the features to market
  • Effectively break high-level flows into granular specifications for execution and navigate between these two levels effortlessly
  • Conduct user research together with your design partner and make informed choices on the immediate and upcoming roadmap
  • Collaborate with other similar AI agents being built by others in the industry to achieve a holistic and collaborative multi-agent experience
  • Hold yourself and the team accountable to achieving customer outcomes; align around measurable metrics
  • Engage in active listening to customers while possessing the critical acumen to make strategic product decisions aligned with the broader vision
  • Be the voice of your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders of the impact and opportunity ahead

Preferred Qualifications

Specific experience building AI agents that execute on behalf of users is and HRTech experience is a big bonus
