Join Sojern as a Senior Product Manager and lead the development and success of Guest Marketing Suite & GenAI-powered Guest Experience products. You will own the product roadmap, manage the entire product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Leverage your expertise in managing guest marketing across various channels and your experience with AI-powered SaaS products. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience with large datasets. You will present product roadmaps, manage documentation, and ensure product success through continuous monitoring and improvement. Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in fast paced & dynamic environment
  • Experience working with UI, Full-Stack, AI/ML Engineers, Engineering and analyzing test result outputs
  • Experience in building scalable AI-powered SaaS products
  • Experienced in SQL to aid in analysis and comfortably navigate large data sets
  • Samples of product requirements that you can share, or the ability to otherwise demonstrate personal excellence in this area
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Guest engagement solutions, a clear understanding of email marketing campaigns, 2-way messaging tools, ChatBots and best practices
  • A strong technical acumen (explicit engineering background not required)
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or similar experience

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and success for Sojern’s Guest Marketing Suite & GenAI powered Guest Experience products
  • Be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management responsibilities: ideation, stakeholder management, stakeholder feedback, product development, rollout/go-to-market strategy, managing a backlog and ongoing, continuous innovation for your product(s)
  • Collaborate closely with other PMs, UI/UX design team, business leaders, and engineering
  • Gather requirements from product marketing managers, PMs, RFP process, customer feedback and leadership
  • Prioritize backlogs, manage sprints, and deliver product features in an agile environment
  • Present product roadmap reviews to the company on a regular basis
  • Manage product documentation and keep relevant resources up to date
  • Participate in training sessions for core users of the automation and optimization tools
  • Ensure product success through continuous performance tracking/monitoring and continuous process improvement
  • Provide thought leadership toward innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Understand Sojern’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the hospitality industry
  • Conduct extensive user research and gather feedback to deep understand the requirements & challenges from hotels partners & guests

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM or Hospitality sector experience
  • Experience working with GenAI, CRM tools, PMS, CRS and other hotel guest facing technology tools
  • Direct experience with Email campaign management tools like Constant Contact, Mailchimp and similar products
  • Previous engineering experience or demonstrable computer science background
  • Strong preference given for computer science (CS), Engineering, or quantitative undergraduate degree
  • An MBA/MS is also highly desirable
