Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager and drive product excellence in the internet and blockchain space. You will own the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive products and exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities include defining and executing product roadmaps, conducting market research, collaborating on product design and development, and monitoring industry trends. You will need at least 5 years of product management experience in the internet industry, proficiency in product lifecycle management, and fluency in Chinese and English. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in the internet industry (experience in blockchain or Web3 is a strong plus)
• Proven track record of managing complex products from concept to launch with measurable success
• Proficient in product lifecycle management, user experience design, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong market insight and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product strategies
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of seamless communication in a multicultural environment

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze user needs to identify product opportunities and improvements
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to define product features, user flows, and technical requirements
• Oversee the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and user feedback to support product decision-making
• Act as the central point for product-related matters, ensuring effective communication across teams
• Lead product launches, promotional activities, and user feedback management processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in blockchain technology or Web3 products (e.g., wallets, smart contract platforms)
• In-depth understanding of decentralized technologies and cryptocurrencies
• Remote work experience is preferred, with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently
• Strong team collaboration skills, able to play a pivotal role in a distributed and cross-timezone team
