Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Be fluent in English (C1 level or higher) and fluent in Ukrainian
• Have proven experience as a Product Manager in the tech or e-commerce space
• Have experience working with startups and launching products from scratch
• Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
• Have a data-driven mindset with a track record of making impactful decisions based on analytics and user feedback
• Possess strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and customer needs
• Work closely with the development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market fit
• Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research to refine and optimize product features
• Identify opportunities for product innovation, lead ideation sessions, and oversee feature development from concept to launch
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, user acquisition campaigns, and long-term business scaling efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working with e-commerce platforms like Amazon or Shopify
• Have familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in SaaS products
• Have demonstrated success in scaling products or business units
