Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing world-class products
• Customer obsession
• Strong product opinions and taste - not shying away from proposing solutions based on your intuition and experience
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and bridge business goals with technical considerations
• Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end idea to product process and work as a self-directed member of the development team
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
• Proven track record of shipping impactful products
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to be an outstanding cross-functional partner; from Engineering, to Design, Sales, Customer Support, and anyone else that will enable you to ship impactful product

Responsibilities

• Help shape the future of video creation within our platform
• Democratize the video creation process and bring the magic of video communication to areas of the enterprise not previously possible
• Deeply understand the needs of our community, users, and customers and stay on top of the latest developments in the generative video & avatar space to shape your own product area
• Identify the use cases to prioritize for video creation and then build a unified creation experience that blends RAG, fine-tuned LLMs, and other ML-systems working in orchestration along with the features within our Editor
• Shape a macro UX experience that shifts users away from the micro-level editing that is common in video production today wile owning the core creative experience
