Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on AI-powered or data-driven products
• Strong technical fluency: you’re able to collaborate with engineers and engage with AI/ML concepts
• A track record of leading product development from concept to launch, including roadmap contribution, customer validation, and release management
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, CX, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, impactful products
• A passion for improving the working lives of hourly and frontline employees, with curiosity to dive deep into manufacturing and adjacent domains
• A systems mindset: you’re able to connect user needs, business priorities, and technical capabilities into scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the roadmap for AI-driven and core product features by translating strategy into action, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to learnings
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to inform roadmap definition, sequencing, and long-term vision
• Own the product development lifecycle from discovery through iteration, including requirements, testing, and release readiness
• Lead sprint rituals (planning, backlog management, retrospectives) and partner with Engineering to explore both revolutionary and iterative technical innovations, particularly in AI
• Run beta programs and collaborate with CX to bring real-time feedback from frontline users into product decisions
• Co-lead product discovery and research with Design, ensuring every initiative is grounded in real user needs
• Work with Product Marketing to align internal enablement (Sales, CX) and go-to-market planning
• Define success metrics, monitor product adoption, and iterate quickly based on insights
