Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management for enterprise solutions delivered in SaaS and on-premise
• Great business acumen
• Outstanding meeting and work session facilitation skills
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience and familiarity with UX concepts
• Experience in product data analysis and converting that data to business strategy
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with experience engaging and influencing various levels of leadership
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of products, from ideation to deployment, focusing on delivering exceptional value to customers
• Develop and advocate the business case for product improvements and innovations
• Articulate complex requirements into actionable plans with design and engineering teams
• Facilitate both external and internal product related events
• Foster strong collaborations with design, engineering, and data science teams to leverage insights and deliver solutions
• Define KPIs for the platform to measure and track the success of your initiatives
• Work closely with engineering leadership to understand the technical tradeoffs and how they will impact the client experience you are looking to deliver
• Engage directly with B2B customers and end-users to gather feedback and drive product evolution
• Communicate insights, concerns, and roadblocks to internal stakeholders, helping explain context and prioritization decisions
