Remote Senior Product Manager

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of internal tools for our sales and sales support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact internal solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on internal tools and systems
• Proven experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for internal tools used by sales and sales support teams
• Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and pain points of the sales and sales support teams
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Partner with sales, sales support, and other relevant teams to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and drive adoption of internal tools
• Leverage expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce to integrate and optimize these tools within the internal tool ecosystem
• Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of internal tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B technology company
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong customer empathy and a passion for improving user experience
