Senior Product Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in contract management systems and B2B marketplace platforms to lead the development and optimization of our sales contracts system within our B2B marketplace. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, communication skills, leadership abilities, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on contract management systems and/or B2B marketplace platforms. Experience in sales contracts is highly preferred
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the sales contracts system
• Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and pain points of our marketplace users related to sales contracts
• Partner with sales, legal, compliance, and other relevant teams to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and drive adoption of the sales contracts system
• Leverage expertise in contract management systems to integrate and optimize these tools within the B2B marketplace platform
• Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of the sales contracts system
• Develop training materials and programs to ensure effective use of the sales contracts system by marketplace users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Contract Management Systems
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong customer empathy and a passion for improving user experience
