Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally working on technically complex products with cross-functional teams
• A sharp analytical mindset with a track record of identifying product opportunities hidden within technical systems or data flows
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate APIs, reverse-engineer user behavior, and translate low-level capabilities into meaningful product value
• Comfortable working with cloud-based platforms, system integrations, and real-time data pipelines
• Strong communication skills — able to break down technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders and dive deep into implementation details with engineers
• Experience working in agile environments with fast iteration cycles, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision
• Self-driven and adaptable — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and take ownership from discovery through to delivery
• Proven ability to prioritize complex backlogs, manage competing demands, and align diverse teams toward a clear product direction

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy, identifying untapped opportunities within complex technical ecosystems and turning them into valuable, user-focused features
• Conduct deep-dive evaluations of third-party technologies—especially APIs and communication platforms—to discover clever ways to enhance capabilities or surface new insights
• Collaborate with internal experts, customers, and partners to understand emerging challenges in the field and shape product solutions that reflect real-world workflows and constraints
• Translate low-level technical signals into high-level product concepts by understanding how underlying systems behave, what they reveal, and how they can be harnessed securely and ethically
• Partner closely with engineering to scope and prioritize features, bringing clarity and vision to technical complexity while maintaining fast iteration and delivery cycles
• Enable and support go-to-market teams by articulating product value clearly, ensuring that new features resonate with diverse customer personas
• Stay attuned to shifts in the communications, compliance, and intelligence landscapes to ensure the product remains ahead of industry curves
• Continuously validate hypotheses through user feedback and behavioral data to fine-tune features and maximize product adoption and impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience identifying edge cases or unintended behaviors in communication systems and turning them into product insights or features
• Background in startups or high-growth environments where flexibility, speed, and hands-on collaboration are essential
