Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, within B2B SaaS startups/scale-ups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong product intuition, vision, and empathy for users
  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases
  • Experience in managing partnerships and integrations with third-party platforms and services, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with API integration and the technical aspects of building and maintaining integrations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Work closely with the product team to iterate on product features and functionality to achieve optimal product-market fit
  • Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful rollout and adoption
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Understanding the impact of product management principles on engineering and strategize to maximize the engineering team's output while aligning with their principles
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation
  • Drive product adoption and engagement through effective user onboarding, training, and support initiatives
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Regularly assess and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in product development methodologies adopted by high-performing startups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
  • Experience with mobile product management, including native mobile app development (iOS and Android) and mobile-first design principles
  • Experience within Business Travel/Events/Meetings

  • Compensation : The range is between $120,000 - $180,000. The final salary offer will depend on various factors unique to each candidate. These factors include educational background, specific skills, and professional experience. Additionally, the scope of the role and the candidate's geographic location will also be considered. All of these elements will be thoroughly evaluated during the selection process
