Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Two Six Technologies and lead the development of Discover Next, a flagship agentic AI product. As Product Manager, you will own the product vision and strategy, collaborating with clients, end-users, and a talented engineering and data science team. This fully remote position offers flexibility. You will work with customers and stakeholders to define the product vision, conduct market research, and build the product backlog and roadmap. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, write user stories, engage stakeholders, and advocate for customer problem-solving. The role requires experience in collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences and working with data scientists to integrate AI.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences
• Experience with data scientists to build AI into the pipeline is a key differentiator
• Experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build products that solve hard problems
• Strong familiarity with the role of a Product Manager and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including creating rapid prototypes to quickly test new product ideas
• Experience working in scrum/kanban on cross functional teams
• Team mentality to do what’s best for the product

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and stakeholders to develop a product vision for Discover Next
• Conduct market research, solicit customer feedback, and test new ideas to build our backlog and roadmap
• Collaborate in a cross functional team to build Discover Next functionality
• Write clear and well-bounded users stories that keep the team focused on delivering slices of user value every sprint
• Engage stakeholders in the innovation process and keep them informed of your work
• Advocate for solving customer problems by building functionality into the product line
• Collaborate with other PMs to build value across product lines
• Advocate for a user-centered culture and drive change in that direction
• Be open and flexible to jump in where help is needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating products for government users, particularly in environments with limitations on technology access
• Experience with advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models and generative AI
• Interest in supporting US government missions to counter foreign adversary and non-state actor propaganda and disinformation
• Active TS or TS/SCI Clearance is a bonus, but those without a clearance are encouraged to apply
