Senior Product Manager

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
• Substantial experience building and delivering software in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• User-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on business requirements, market research, and feedback
• Ensure products and features are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success/implementation
• Engage with key customers, users, and partners to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring a seamless experience for users
• Analyze product performance using data-driven tools, ensuring KPIs are met and iterating based on findings
• Stay updated with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and regulations in the health tech industry
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation within the product team
• Prioritize ruthlessly; maintain clear focus on highest-priority deliverables
