Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product development, product management, or related functions, focusing on launching new initiatives
  • Strong focus on user experiences, from front-end UI through developer docs and technical integrations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop features and user interfaces that drive excellent customer experience, strong value proposition, and scale
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solver, metrics-focused, and results-driven, with the ability to lead operational execution
  • Highly proactive, customer-focused, agile mindset, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical background and strong technical competence with the ability to read technical specifications and engage in technical tradeoff discussions

Responsibilities

  • Define product technical requirements, prioritize features, and create product roadmaps to align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Partner with UX Designers and Front-End Engineers to develop high-fidelity experiences
  • Engage with clients to identify key challenges, prioritize, and build engaging solutions through the UI
  • Define API interfaces, and functional requirements, and create detailed feature specifications for development teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Testing, Project Management, Legal, Security, etc.) to deliver against the product roadmap
  • Own launch-related activities, including customer onboarding, integration support, creating implementation guides, and training
  • Create effective customer presentations and work with engineering on API documentation to support customer integrations
  • Define and track KPIs and analytics to report product performance, inform decision-making, and guide future roadmap
  • Communicate new features and roadmaps to various stakeholders and provide updates to management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain knowledge in financial products, particularly payment acceptance, financial systems, digital wallets, and money movement rails
  • Experience working on B2B or B2B2C products and directly engaging with customers
  • Experience working on data-heavy products
  • Experience working with GTM teams to bring new products to market
