Senior Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 6+ years of software product growth, analysis, or design experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment
• A collaborative, pragmatic, user-focused mindset
• Experience driving a customer research and development program, especially targeted toward mid-market and enterprise SaaS
• Understanding of product and company KPIs, and identifying experiments to run to capitalize on opportunities for growth
• Demonstrated success in contributing to refinement of product vision and alignment of experiments with product and company goals
• The ability to thrive in a remote-first organization

Responsibilities

• You'll be directly involved in user experience research, strategic product design, and iteration
• You'll own product growth metrics, drive our customer research and product experimentation program, and work closely with leadership to execute product strategy
